Check Out - Check In times / Rental Periods - These often vary with each leasing agency (or owner rental) but we try to make sure all units are always available for occupancy by 3PM. Most cleanings are scheduled at 10 AM & 12:30 PM. We try to work with our owners so that we are able to accomodate special requests. When possible, we ask that our clients provide us with a monthly rental schedule from June through September of the season and send us updates as the season progresses.

Spring Cleaning and Other Deep Cleaning Services - We offer offseason cleaning services including carpet & rug shampoos, power washing for decks and balconies, wiping down baseboards, crown moldings, wood floors, furniture, cabinets & appliances. Please contact us to set up and schedule your spring cleaning, today!
Turn Down Services - We offer a basic Turn Down Service for an additional fee of $10.00 per bed. (Fresh sheets & bedcovers must be provided by the property owner, Linen Service or tenant.)

We wipe down every appliance inside & out. We replace any burned out bulbs, all trash can liners and even bathroom tissue rolls. We even perform instant handyman repairs when needed. First, we review of the overall condition of each unit or resort home prior to each cleaning and note any damaged or missing items as well as any new stains on carpets or furniture. Then, using only the best in top quality & brand name products, we dust, wipe, clean and polish every surface including balcony and patio doors & sliders! We sweep & vacuum all floors, rugs and carpeting, steam clean your linoleum, tile & wood laminate flooring to remove as much sand and dirt as possible.
